Food For Your Well Being-Fats Matter

Come on over to the commons and get some information about the different types of fats and learn how to incorporate healthy fats into your diet. Fats are important – but not all fats are created equal. See how to get yours from mostly plants. We will be doing a demo on how to prepare healthy, delicious DIY Cold-Infusion Oils and a station to make your own to take home.
