Come on in for lunch and learn about the surprising sources of sodium found in commonly consumed foods. We offer fun creative ways to brighten the flavor of foods without salt. We encourage you to try new and unfamiliar herbs, spices and other ingredients that provide flavor without salt. As an added bonus, dialing back on salt consumption for a week can sharpen your sense of smell and taste just in time for the great smells of the holidays.
